Georges was born in Beirut Lebanon, on January 5th, 1980 and he holds an MBA from the LAU (Lebanese American University). George has been Vegan for almost ten years now and founded “Lebanese Vegans” about eight years which now has a strong presence on social media. Georges is the owner of Hayek Hospital, where he is introducing the benefits of healing through veganism / plant-based approach. Their vegan dietitians expose the benefits of a plant-based diet, the dangers of eating animal protein while offering daily a vegan option to our patients. The hospital is the first in the region to provide a full vegan menu in our cafeteria as well.
